Vinyasa Glow Flow 

Glow Flow is a slow and steady Vinyasa class that allows you to connect with your body, mind ​and breath.  You'll be encouraged to focus on strength​, stability, and connection to yourself.  This is an accessible class, everyone is welcome.

Yin yoga is a slow-paced​ style of yoga, in which, the poses are held for longer periods of time.  A very calming class that is great for deep stretching and stress relief.

Yin Yoga

Vinyasa Flash Flow 

Vinyasa is a yoga practice that combines breath with movement.  You will be encouraged to mindfully flow through this practice with an emphasis on moving your body in a way that feels good for you.

All levels welcome.

The best of 2 styles of yoga in one practice.  Yang yoga, a more active dynamic flowing practice and Yin Yoga, passively hold yoga poses for lengthened periods of time.

Starting the class with a dynamic flow of postures, combining breath with movement and working through a series of standing, and balancing postures which will get the blood flowing and possibly working up a bit of a sweat.  Working your way down to the floor where you will hold the complementing Yin poses, for a well deserved juicy stretch and cool down.

Yin Yang Flow

Flash Yin Yoga 

A 30 minute Yin yoga class that will be slow-paced​. Each pose is held for a longer period of time.  A very calming class that is great for deep stretching and stress relief.

Yin yoga is a slow paced style of yoga, in which, the poses are held for longer periods of time.  A very calming class that is great for deep stretching and stress relief. This class will end with a meditation to soothe you and leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
